Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of initial purchase or renewal. To request a refund, contact us at the email address below with your account email and a brief description of the request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
After 7 days, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid term. No physical goods are sold; no return shipping applies.
Cancel at any time from the billing section of your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no further charges will be made, and access continues until the period expires.
Annual subscribers who cancel mid-year retain access through the end of their paid term. Partial-year refunds are not issued outside the 7-day refund window.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at the email below. We resolve the majority of billing disputes within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, you retain the right to dispute the charge with your card issuer or payment provider.

Promotional pricing or extended trials may be offered from time to time. Promotions are limited-time, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers unless stated. Promotional pricing applies to the initial billing period only; standard rates apply upon renewal. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
